The second balcony, located in the bedroom, overlooks the city. With air conditioning and heating throughout, this apartment is comfortable year-round. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Carcavelos. At the end of the street, you’ll find a park and the local fire station. The area is peaceful, making it a great choice for those looking for tranquility while still being close to everything. Pre-Arrival Form All guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form before their stay. Tourist Tax A local Tourist Tax applies to all reservations regardless of nationality. This tax is charged separately from your accommodation cost and must be paid before your check-in date. The current rate is €4.00 per person per night, with a maximum charge of €28.00 per person. Children under 13 are exempt. You will receive an invoice for this tax in advance. This tax is mandatory and helps support local infrastructure and tourism services, as required by law. Accommodation Details All our properties are self-catering. However, we provide: - All beds made with fresh linen and towels - Basic amenities such as toilet paper and soap (for the first 1–2 days) - If you need additional sets of linen or wish to hire baby or beach equipment, we offer a wide range of amenities. Feel free to ask us for more information, or check your guest area once you’ve booked. Additional Services - Airport transfers and day trips (including baby seats if needed) can be arranged—please contact us in advance. House Rules - No parties or loud music are allowed. Action will be taken if there are complaints about noise. - Quiet hours are legally enforced from 23:00 to 07:00. Please keep noise (TV, phone calls, etc.) to a minimum during this time. - No additional guests are permitted without express permission from the management agency. - No pets allowed at any of our properties, regardless of size or behaviour, as per our agreements with property owners.
