Ciel drives qualified guests to all your booking channels: Airbnb, VRBO, your direct booking site, and other platforms.

You choose which channels to enable and how to prioritize them. We succeed when you get more bookings — regardless of the platform.

No exclusivity required. Ciel will never force you to choose between us and other platforms.

2. Provide AI-Powered Marketing Tools

Ciel's primary value is tools, not transactions:

• AI search & discovery: Guests find your property through conversational, intelligent search that understands complex requirements
• Instagram Reels: a branded 24-second reel built from your own photos, captions and calendar, in about twenty seconds
• Cross-platform promotion: your listing reaches guests searching CielStay, AI assistants, and the channels you already use
• Analytics dashboard: Track which marketing efforts and booking channels perform best

These tools work regardless of where guests ultimately book. The value is in discovery and promotion, not booking capture.

3. Keep Fees Transparent and Aligned

Ciel earns revenue through multiple streams:

• CielStay Pro: An optional subscription ($100/year per property) for guest messaging today, with rental agreements and calendar blocking rolling out, and monthly and long-term terms. Listing and claiming stay free — and the first 100 hosts to sign up and add a property get Pro free on every listing they hold for a year
• Affiliate commissions: When guests book through partner platforms (future)
• Business housing partnerships: Helping companies find furnished stays for traveling staff (future)

Pro is a flat annual fee, not a commission. CielStay never processes guest payments and never takes a percentage of a stay: your guest pays you directly, on terms the two of you agree. A $4,000 month costs you exactly what a $400 weekend does — nothing.

No hidden margins. No algorithmic "suggestions" designed to manipulate pricing. Paying for Pro does not move you up the rankings, and not paying does not move you down. Our success is tied to your booking volume — not capturing value through obscurity.

4. Step Back After Discovery

Once a guest finds your property and chooses a booking channel, Ciel steps back.

We connect guests to properties and provide promotional tools — but the booking relationship is between you, the guest, and whichever platform you both prefer.
