Located in a quiet residential area, the property is within 250 meters of a supermarket and several dining options. Conveniently, Cascais is just a 12-minute drive away, Lisbon Airport is 25 minutes away, and historic Sintra can be reached in 20 minutes. Lively São Pedro do Estoril is home to the popular Poça and Azarujinha beaches, and the waterfront, mid-17th-century fortresses of São Pedro da Poça and São Teodósio da Cadaveira. The Espaço Memória dos Exílios museum has tributes to 20th-century exiles who sought refuge in Portugal. Pre-Arrival Form All guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form before their stay. Tourist Tax A local Tourist Tax applies to all reservations regardless of nationality. This tax is charged separately from your accommodation cost and must be paid before your check-in date. The current rate is €4.00 per person per night, with a maximum charge of €28.00 per person. Children under 13 are exempt. You will receive an invoice for this tax in advance. This tax is mandatory and helps support local infrastructure and tourism services, as required by law. Accommodation Details All our properties are self-catering. However, we provide: - All beds made with fresh linen and towels - Basic amenities such as toilet paper and soap (for the first 1–2 days) - If you need additional sets of linen or wish to hire baby or beach equipment, we offer a wide range of amenities. Feel free to ask us for more information, or check your guest area once you’ve booked. Additional Services - Airport transfers and day trips (including baby seats if needed) can be arranged—please contact us in advance. House Rules - No parties or loud music are allowed. Action will be taken if there are complaints about noise. - Quiet hours are legally enforced from 23:00 to 07:00. Please keep noise (TV, phone calls, etc.) to a minimum during this time. - No additional guests are permitted without express permission from the management agency. - No pets allowed at any of our properties, regardless of size or behaviour, as per our agreements with property owners.
