Pre-Arrival Form All guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form before their stay. Tourist Tax A local Tourist Tax applies to all reservations regardless of nationality. This tax is charged separately from your accommodation cost and must be paid before your check-in date. The current rate is €4.00 per person per night, with a maximum charge of €28.00 per person. Children under 13 are exempt. You will receive an invoice for this tax in advance. This tax is mandatory and helps support local infrastructure and tourism services, as required by law. Additional Services - Airport transfers and day trips (including baby seats if needed) can be arranged—please contact us in advance. House Rules - No parties or loud music are allowed. Action will be taken if there are complaints about noise. - Quiet hours are legally enforced from 23:00 to 07:00. Please keep noise (TV, phone calls, etc.) to a minimum during this time. - No additional guests are permitted without express permission from the management agency. - No pets allowed at any of our properties, regardless of size or behaviour, as per our agreements with property owners.
