This sea view apartment is a 5 min. walk to Carcavelos Beach, one of the largest beaches on the Lisbon coast, and one of the most famous beaches for surfing in the Cascais area with several surf schools, paddle boarding, and other activities. The open floor plan features a large and sunny living/dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms & two bathrooms. The first floor walk-up, tastefully decorated with native Portuguese tile, has a wrap-around balcony and sea view. Living Room: Large and sunny open plan living/dining area suitable for accommodating up to 6 people. Pull out sofa converts to a double bed Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - Double bed Bedroom 2 - Twin pullout trundle bed (see image) Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 - Bath and separate shower, basin & toilet Bathroom 2 - Shower, basin & toilet Kitchen: A modern, well equipped kitchen includes washer and clothesline, dishwasher, gas range and oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, toaster, blender Dishes & glassware, silver, cooking utensils Other: Wrap-around balcony and sea view Outdoor furniture for alfresco dining Flat screen TV and satellite, wireless broadband internet, DVD, iPod dock, hair dryer, ironing board and iron. Close to restaurants, beach bars and a supermarket. You can also walk to the Carcavelos market to try and catch a bargain! It is a 5-10 min. walk to the Carcavelos train station, to go to explore vibrant Lisbon (25 min by train), or to go along the coast to experience the beaches and relaxing atmosphere of near-by Cascais (a 5-10 min. ride to Estoril and Cascais). Pre-Arrival Form All guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form before their stay. Tourist Tax A local Tourist Tax applies to all reservations regardless of nationality. This tax is charged separately from your accommodation cost and must be paid before your check-in date. The current rate is €4.00 per person per night, with a maximum charge of €28.00 per person. Children under 13 are exempt. You will receive an invoice for this tax in advance. This tax is mandatory and helps support local infrastructure and tourism services, as required by law. Accommodation Details All our properties are self-catering. However, we provide: - All beds made with fresh linen and towels - Basic amenities such as toilet paper and soap (for the first 1–2 days) - If you need additional sets of linen or wish to hire baby or beach equipment, we offer a wide range of amenities. Feel free to ask us for more information, or check your guest area once you’ve booked. Additional Services - Airport transfers and day trips (including baby seats if needed) can be arranged—please contact us in advance. House Rules - No parties or loud music are allowed. Action will be taken if there are complaints about noise. - Quiet hours are legally enforced from 23:00 to 07:00. Please keep noise (TV, phone calls, etc.) to a minimum during this time. - No additional guests are permitted without express permission from the management agency. - No pets allowed at any of our properties, regardless of size or behaviour, as per our agreements with property owners.
