Cancellation policy: Cancellations made within 120 days prior to arrival will NOT be refunded for ANY reason, including, but not limited to: personal reasons, medical reasons (including a member of the travel party contracting COVID prior to travel or being deemed “high risk” for health issues), flight delays or cancellations, weather conditions, loss of employment, mandatory quarantine at home location upon return, pre-arrival or pre-departure COVID testing requirements, government regulations requiring full vaccination for travel, passport issues, fear of travel, etc. House rules: Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Notify immediately of any damage or incident on the property. After 10 pm, loud music is not allowed, and we ask you to keep a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. No eating in the pool. No food in the bedrooms. No climbing on the couches with shoes on.
