Please note that the only available method of payment is via wire transfer. One-night refundable security deposit required. Cancellation policy: 100% refund applies if written cancellation is requested 60 or more calendar days prior to the arrival date. A 50% refund of the total rent applies if cancellation takes place between 59 and 30 calendar days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made less than 29 calendar days prior to arrival; shall be non- refundable. For cancellations which fall during the holiday season (Christmas Week, New Year's Week, Thanksgiving, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter) a 90-day cancellation policy applies; if cancellation takes place 90 or more days prior to date of arrival a 100% refund applies. If cancellation takes place within 89 calendar days of the arrival date, it shall be non-refundable, and the rented days cannot be accredited to alternative dates. House rules: Suitable for children (2-12 years). The property is not suitable for infants (under 2 years) Enter and leave the property at the designated check-in and check-out times. Always treat service staff with respect and dignity. Immediately report any damage or incidents on the property.
