No assigned spaces; additional parking beyond what’s described isn’t available. • Laundry: Communal washer/dryer is available within the complex; there is also a laundromat nearby. • Sleeping note: The twin bunk bed is in a hallway alcove and is not a separate bedroom. • Communal amenities: The pool is managed by the HOA; hours and availability may vary. • No pets: This home is not pet-friendly. Additional cleaning fees will apply if evidence of a pet is found. • No smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including the deck. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up.
