Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms as well as a laundry room with full capacity machines for your convenience. Guest Bedroom 1 features a comforable queen sized bed, closet, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower and double vanity. There is another full bathroom upstairs with a tiled tub/shower combo. The second guest bedroom is next to the bathroom and boasts two twin beds, a dresser, a closet, and large sliding doors that give you access to the balcony. Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. It's important to note that Cotori Canyon has established CC&R's. This is a brand new subdivision, therefore there is construction going on around the entire area so please be aware. There is NO parking on the street whatsoever. You are welcome to park your vehicles in the garage bays (room for 4 vehicles) and in the driveway in front of the garage. This is a NO SHOES home. Shoes must be taken off upon entering. Please understand and respect our policy. Kanab is situated in the "Grand Circle" area and known as the "Hub of the Parks", centrally located among Zion National Park (30 miles), Bryce Canyon National Park (77 miles), the Grand Canyon (North Rim - 80 miles).
