Enjoy everything southern Utah has to offer. Located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Kanab, Utah, our house is within walking distance to all the restaurants & shops downtown has to offer. Centrally located to Zion & Bryce. This fully stocked 3 bedroom, 3 bath home has plenty of open space for groups as well as privacy for relaxing & enjoying the beautiful sunrises & sunsets only Southern Utah can offer. Gaze at the starry skies right from the private hot tub! The whole house is all yours to make your home away from home during your southern Utah stay! From the beautifully landscaped yard to the stylish interior, you're guaranteed to have an amazing time here. There are three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a king bed along with a twin trundle and a desk. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and a twin trundle. Full kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Dining table and counter seating. Comfy living room with plenty of places to sit and relax while watching the large screen TV. Full capacity washer & dryer so you can keep your clothes clean. High speed internet and Wi-fi to allow for streaming and live TV in every bedroom and main room, as well as clear connection for laptops and mobile devices. You'll love the beautiful covered back patio with a dining set, lounge furniture, fire pit, hot tub and BBQ grill; it's the perfect location to view the red cliffs of Kanab. Located in the heart of Kanab! Neighborhood is quiet, safe, and located just a block away from Hwy 89A. There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. We love some of the local tour companies; they can make your travel time far more productive and enjoyable. Many of them even offer early morning pick-ups from Kanab. Equestrian and biking trails are also available. Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. For the safety of our property and our guests, we have cameras monitoring the front/back door. We’ve got you covered when it comes to exploring like a local.
