Description

Thirty-five square metres, and every one of them used well: a king bed with a Smart TV on the facing wall, a wardrobe deep enough for two suitcases, and a bathroom with a bathtub as well as a shower. The kitchen is built around an island with stools. Central heating runs throughout, so it holds up in July, and the balcony has a wicker chair for when the sun comes round.

35 m² on one level, with the bedroom shut off from the living area and a balcony off the front. Bedroom King bed with lamps on both sides and a Smart TV on the wall opposite, next to a picture window. Storage is the surprise here: a fitted wardrobe with shelves, baskets, an ironing board and room for suitcases. Bathroom One bathroom holding both a bathtub and a glass-screened shower, with a vanity unit, a mirror and a hairdryer. Kitchen Built around an island with stools: oven, hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, plus kettle, a coffee maker with a milk frother, toaster, cutlery, bowls, mugs and wine glasses. Living and dining A sofa, a floor lamp, a Smart TV with cable and the window onto the balcony. Balcony A wicker chair and the view over the surroundings. Climate Central heating runs through the whole flat, which is what makes it work in winter. In the building Heated indoor pool, a green inner courtyard, a laundry room, a lobby with a seating area, lift and a front desk staffed around the clock. Covered private parking is included (not suitable for large cars).
