If using a rental car, note this 24 hours prior; you’ll complete registration at the gate on arrival. Pick-up trucks must keep tailgates up at all times. Permits will not be issued for boats, campers, motorcycles, mopeds, motorized cycles of any type, trailers, marked taxicabs, or any recreational vehicles (mobile homes, trailers, motor homes, campers, motorized campers, or any related non-passenger vehicles). • Self check-in: Entry is via keypad or lockbox; we’ll send instructions prior to arrival. • Communal amenities: Pools, hot tubs, courts, fitness center, game room, and BBQ areas are shared by the community and availability may vary. • Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly. • Beach access: Public access to Folly Field Beach is a short walk from the complex. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered! • We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled.
