Casita Las Brisas is a beautiful studio apartment located in Playa Flamingoβs North Ridge, a picturesque coastal location in Guanacaste offering sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean. This modern 600 sq. ft. (56 mΒ²) studio apartment can sleep four guests between the king-sized bed in the bedroom and the pull-out couch in the living room. The living space and bedroom share 12-foot beamed ceilings, a flat-screen TV, and a sliding glass door that leads out to a private covered balcony with an outdoor dining table with four seats overlooking the beautiful ocean and beach. This casita includes a fully-equipped kitchen, with granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, built-in wood cabinets, and a white subway-tile backsplash. The granite countertop also wraps around to create a breakfast bar with two barstools that sit under a modern metal light fixture. This casita has a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, beautiful granite countertops, and a single-sink vanity. It also has wooden cabinets and drawers behind the bed for storage. If you need more space, Casita Las Brisas can also be rented out with Casa Las Brisas, a four-bedroom villa with a picturesque wrap-around balcony, swimming pool, and soaking tub, to sleep a total of 14 guests. Flamingo is a high-end beachfront community notable for its dazzling ocean views and the beautiful, hilly peninsula that juts out into the Pacific, separating Playa Potrero from Playa Flamingo. Flamingo is home to a wide array of stunning homes and vacation rentals, as well as humbler lodging options, and it has restaurants, grocery stores, banks and other conveniences. A brand-new, state-of-the-art marina opened to the public in 2022, with slips for yachts and fishing boats, condos for rent and all kinds of shops and restaurants. Other major developments here include the 360 Splendor del Pacifico luxury condominiums on top of the North Ridge, the Margaritaville Beach Resort, and the upscale Mar Vista housing development, where thereβs an excellent private school called La Paz. Good restaurants in town include the Coco Loco, a beachfront eatery known for its coconut drinks and standout cuisine; Marieβs, a reliable standard with a long and enticing menu; Angelinaβs, featuring fine Italian dining in an elegant environment; and several options at the Margaritaville, including the 5 OβClock Somewhere Bar & Grill. Flamingo was largely developed by foreigners, and it lacks the traditional Costa Rican downtown with a soccer field plaza, church and school. The heart of town is an upscale commercial plaza with stone steps, fountains, restaurants and shops. Farther away on the road to Brasilito, youβll find smaller restaurants, hotels, banks, hardware stores and the Super Massai grocery store. Flamingo is more or less the centerpiece of a beautiful coastline stretching from the Reserva Conchal resort in the south to the Las Catalinas resort in the north, with the more traditional Costa Rican towns of Brasilito and Potrero in between. Flamingo is within easy striking distance of several beaches, including Conchal, Flamingo, Potrero, Penca, Prieta, Pan de Azucar and Danta.
