This property is not pet friendly and guests are afforded a single parking spot. Oversized vehicles are not permitted. Coquina Beach is located at the end of Nerita street, immediately bordering the beach. It is one of the most highly desired locations due to its proximity to the causeway, lighthouse, and many fantastic beaches Sanibel has to offer! We require guests to complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. The agreement will be sent upon booking confirmation. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
