Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. There are outdoor security cameras and one located on the ground floor patio facing toward the channel. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment. The garage will offer a single space to guests, in the other space the owner keeps a car which is not accessible to guests.
