The master bedroom has an attached full bath, where you will wake up to a bright view of the gulf coast each morning. Furnishings are tropical and comfortable, keeping with a carefree stay. With a sleeper sofa in the living room and two XL twins in the second bedroom you will be able to sleep 6 people comfortably. Enjoy a completely equipped kitchen, should you wish to dine in, 3 televisions and a washer/dryer in the unit for added convenience. Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Twin XL beds & pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), 3 flat screen Smart TVs (streaming & cable available), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, heated shared pool, in-suite washer & dryer, public BBQ gas grills, community tennis, shuffleboard & pickleball courts, elevator access. Bed linens and Bath towels included. No Pets allowed. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella. Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement. 4 night minimum rental period allowed during off-season. 7 night minimum in peak season. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
