Per association, no smoking (including e-cigs/vaping) anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. Sanibel Surfside is now a 100% smoke-free property. For those unfamiliar with the location of this residence, it is situated on the desirable East End of Sanibel, which is equidistant to almost every sought after beach on Sanibel. You will be near to restaurants, shopping, and activity, while still far enough removed to be reminded that you are on vacation and provided ample opportunity to socially distance away from the hustle bustle that can characterize island life during season. This location is also advantageous in that it provides quick on and off access to the causeway, as to allow guests a quick commute into and from Fort Myers without having to contest with seasonal traffic.
