One Queen bed, 3 Twin beds, Full kitchen, Dining area and Living room. Screened in porch overlooking the driving range. A short drive to the Cherry Grove Beach to where you can have your toes in the sand and surf. You must be at least 25 yrs of age or older to rent the property. No Motorcycles, Trailers, RV's permitted on property. Gated Golf Community, 24-hour security guard, On site restaurant. The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties. This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD. No pets are allowed for renters. Motorcycles/trailers or motor homes are not permitted on the property. Tidewater is a gated community with 24 hour security on site.
