There is an oceanfront outdoor swimming pool, charcoal grills, landscaped picnic area and lounging area for enjoying the sun. You have free WiFi and elevators. You must be at least 25 yrs of age or older to rent. No motorcycles. This unit is not pet friendly per the HOA! Three bedroom, two bath (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins) full kitchen, dining room, living room, balcony. This unit is not pet friendly per the HOA! The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties. This unit is not pet friendly per the HOA! This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
