No motorcycles, trailers or RV'S permitted on property. Two King beds, two full baths, kitchen, dining area and living room. Screened in Porch. This unit is in a gated golf community. Close to shopping, restaurants and the many attractions the Strand has to offer. Amenities for everyone to enjoy. Such as: pools, fitness center, tennis courts. A short drive to the Cherry Grove Beach to where you can have your toes in the sand and surf. Gated Golf Community , Tidewater Plantation- Teal Lake Village Motorcycles, Trailers, TV's are not allowed on property. The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties. This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD No Pets, Motorcycles, Trailers, RV'S or Grills allowed.
