A FRIENDLY REMINDER TO ALL OUR GUESTS: We are in no association with the resort. Please do not follow what the other guests of the resort do (ex: giving used towels to staff at the resort, asking front desk for assistance, etc.) We are your hosts, not the resort. Also, please be aware that we can only control over the room you are staying in. We cannot control the parking garages, the cleanliness of the resort, pools, elevators, or anything else in the building. Thank you for your understanding! You must be at least 21 years of age to rent our properties. This unit offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a living area. The ocean front bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has 2 double beds with an ocean view. The third bedroom has a separate door for privacy, a double bed, a sleeper sofa, and a kitchenette! The living area has a sleeper sofa as well making room for 1 or 2 more guests if you choose. The unit comes with new floors, decor, furniture, and TV's. Enjoy the beautiful Atlantic ocean while drinking your morning coffee on your balcony. Bay View Resort is nestled directly in front of the 1.2 miles long Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Boardwalk, a lengthy stretch that provides pristine views of the entire beach line and direct access to numerous shops and restaurants as well as the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel (within walking distance!). Along this curving path, guests can enjoy oceanfront views, a refreshing sea breeze and some of the greatest dining and entertainment the beach has to offer. The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD Renters must be at least 21 years of age to rent our properties.
