It's important to note that Catori Canyon has established CC&R's. This is a brand new subdivision, therefore there is construction going on around the entire area so please be aware. There is NO parking on the street whatsoever. You are welcome to park your vehicles in the garage bays (room for 4 vehicles) and in the driveway in front of the garage. This is a NO SHOES home. Shoes must be taken off upon entering. Please understand and respect our policy.
