Coco Sunset Hills 20 is a beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo located in the lively town of Playas del Coco. This stylish two-story retreat combines modern finishes with plenty of space to relax, just a few minutes’ walk from the sand, shops, and restaurants. Inside, the condo features a fully updated kitchen with quartz countertops, sleek cabinetry, and a breakfast bar. The open-concept living and dining area creates a warm gathering spot, while the spacious outdoor terrace with a live-edge dining table and barbecue is perfect for al fresco meals. The master bedroom is located upstairs and includes a queen bed, private balcony, and closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin trundle, making it a flexible option for families or groups of friends. Both bedrooms have AC and share a modern full bathroom upstairs, while a convenient half-bath is located on the main floor. Step outside and you’ll find a large infinity pool with loungers, shaded seating, and an outdoor shower, all set among beautifully landscaped gardens. The gated community also offers 24-hour security and convenient parking, making it a safe and comfortable choice for your Costa Rican getaway. No pets policy Please note that this property is not pet-friendly due to house and condominium rules. No exceptions will be made, and emotional support animals are not permitted. If guests arrive at check-in with pets that have not been verified and approved, access to the property will be denied. Known for its vibrant nightlife as much as its chill pace, Playas del Coco claims to have been the first beach town in Guanacaste reachable by road. Its proximity to the Liberia airport is a plus, and it’s even closer to the nearby beach towns of Ocotal and Hermosa. On weekend nights on the main drag, live music and DJ beats pour out of the popular Zi Lounge and Coconutz restaurants (among others). Coco is home to an upscale Auto Mercado grocery store, the exclusive Pacifico resort community and much more. Many foreigners have come to visit and never left.
