Just three blocks from the beach, this split-level retreat is perfect for couples, friends, or small families looking to enjoy the best of Costa Rica’s Pacific coast. The main level features an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, making at-home dining simple and inviting. A private back patio with a washer/dryer and outdoor shower adds everyday ease, while multiple terraces provide sunny spots for coffee, cocktails, or catching the breeze. Inside, the open-concept living space connects the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas, creating a warm and welcoming flow. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a queen bed and a private balcony overlooking the gardens, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed plus a twin trundle for flexible sleeping arrangements. Both bedrooms share a modern full bathroom upstairs, while a half-bath is located on the main floor for added convenience. Guests also enjoy access to beautifully maintained communal pools and gardens, offering plenty of space to relax under the Costa Rican sun. No pets policy Please note that this property is not pet-friendly due to house and condominium rules. No exceptions will be made, and emotional support animals are not permitted. If guests arrive at check-in with pets that have not been verified and approved, access to the property will be denied. Known for its vibrant nightlife as much as its chill pace, Playas del Coco claims to have been the first beach town in Guanacaste reachable by road. Its proximity to the Liberia airport is a plus, and it’s even closer to the nearby beach towns of Ocotal and Hermosa. On weekend nights on the main drag, live music and DJ beats pour out of the popular Zi Lounge and Coconutz restaurants (among others). Coco is home to an upscale Auto Mercado grocery store, the exclusive Pacifico resort community and much more. Many foreigners have come to visit and never left. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival.
