Bedroom King bed beside a picture window onto the lake, a Smart TV on the wall facing it, and a wardrobe with shelves, a basket and an ironing board. Living and dining A sofa with the balcony door right next to it and a Smart TV with cable. Meals happen at the kitchen bar. Kitchen An American-style bar with stools: oven, hob, microwave and fridge, with coffee maker, toaster, blender, a baking tray, cookware, dishes and wine glasses. Bathroom One full bathroom with a shower, a WC and a washbasin. Balcony A table and chairs with the water in front, and outdoor furniture for the long southern evenings. In the building Heated indoor pool with changing rooms, an inner garden, a laundry room, a lobby with a seating area, lift and a front desk staffed around the clock. Private underground parking is included (not suitable for large cars).
