Enjoy the beach and relax in Villa-36! This stunning Villa is located in BlueVenao on the Azuero Peninsula, a unique beachfront community and tropical paradise with miles of beautiful beaches. Just a quick walk and you’ll be on the beach, ready for new adventures! Our charming and sunny Villa has 3 bed/3bath, two with a comfy Queen bed, and the third w/twin over full bunk bed. Living, Kitchen and Terrace — Fully equipped for your tropical getaway. Modern and cozy beach-aesthetics with an open concept layout. The place is perfect for couples, families, avid surfers or digital nomads looking for a beach getaway and a unique beach community experience. THE VILLA: Just a 3 minute walk to the beach, surrounded by sea and nature. BEDROOMS: Complete bedding, linens, pillows, and blackout curtains. Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Bunk bed BATHROOMS: Full bathrooms with essential toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and extra toilet paper). KITCHEN: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances: fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Includes cooking utensils, cookware, cutlery, wine glasses, and serving ware. *Welcoming package includes Panamanian coffee beans, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, dishwasher capsules (4), dish soap, a new sponge, and trash bags (3). LIVING SPACES: Gorgeous integrated interiors with modern furnishings. Cozy living space with a sofa and Flat screen TV w/ Netflix subscription, and the terrace offers additional seating for relaxation. GENERAL: Wifi. A/C in every room (4 units). Complete laundry facilities with washer/dryer. Towels provided for indoor use, and pool. *Small BBQ can be provided by our on site team upon request (free of charge). *Pets allowed in this Villa! (Additional fee of $64.20 per pet (max 2). *A Crib and changing table can be provided by our on site team upon request.
