The Blue community is a relaxed, central and secure gated community where you will always be just a few minutes walking distance from the best restaurant, surfing spots, parties and of course - the beach!
House Rules and Terms
Access
- Wristbands are mandatory throughout your stay;
- all guests must be registered before arrival (no registration = no access).
- Visitors not staying at Blue Venao are not allowed on the property.
- Maximum 2 adults per bedroom.
- Common areas and pools are open 7:00 AM-10:00 PM only.
- Keep balconies and gardens free of trash.
Pool
- shower before entering;
- no food in the water;
- no glass in or around the pools;
- no entry under the influence;
- wristband required
- no smoking in the pool/beach club.
Common Areas
- Trash must be in closed bags at designated collection points;
- Never leave trash, recycling or pet waste outside disposal areas.
- No ball games near the restaurant, pools or common areas.
- No personal furniture or structures in common areas.
- No illegal, inappropriate or disruptive activities;
- No bonfires or BBQ in non-authorized areas.
Pets
- Pets must be on a leash and under your control at all times;
- Clean up after your pet.
Vehicles
- Speed limit 20 km/h, strictly enforced;
- No motorized vehicles on walkways;
- Visitor parking short-term only.
Fines
- 1st violation $100
- 2nd violation $250
- 3rd violation $500
3rd or second severe violation means immediate removal without refund, and management may contact the police.
