Together they sleep up to 16 guests in the main home and 4 to 5 more in the casita, making this the ultimate setting for large groups, multi-family stays, retreats, and gatherings. Each space is fully equipped and thoughtfully designed so every guest has their own comfort and privacy, while still coming together around the pool, the grill, and the beach. Step inside the main home, toss your shoes, and be swept away into beach time. The heart of the home is a social gathering space anchored by a stunning kitchen featuring a large island, premium appliances, and a dining table for 8 to 10. The kitchen and dining area connects seamlessly to a beautiful conversation space with comfortable chairs and sofa. A private media and den room is easily accessed yet closed off with a door, perfect for kids, games, or movie nights. It is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, its own AC, and large comfortable sofas. This room can double as a workspace or overflow sleep space if needed. There are 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in the spacious one-story main home. Two large king master bedrooms on either side, each with their own private bathrooms, give privacy and space. There is a comfortable queen bedroom with its own en-suite and large closet. The 4th bedroom is a bunk room with en-suite bathroom access, boasting plenty of room with 2 queen-over-queen bunks and 2 twin trundle beds. The rooms are dressed in hotel-quality linens and towels for a tranquil, spa-like feel. A 5th bathroom attaches to the outside for easy access after a day in the surf or pool. The home also has a full laundry room and 2 refrigerators for convenience. Step outside the main home onto an extra-wide terrace ideal for lounging, gathering, and playing.
