A $15,000 USD refundable security deposit is required. Cancellation policy: 100% REFUND: All received payments are 100% refundable to the Guest upon Casa Koko’s receipt of the Guest’s written notice of termination of this Agreement no later than seventy-five (75) days prior to the Arrival Date. 50% REFUND: All received payments are 50% refundable to the Guest upon Casa Koko’s receipt of the Guest’s written notice of termination of this Agreement between seventy-four (74) and forty-five (45) days prior to the Arrival Date. 0% REFUND: All received payments are non-refundable to the Guest when Casa Koko receives the notice of termination less than forty-four (44) days prior to the Arrival Date, or if no notice is given at all (No-show). In the event of a fortuitous need to reschedule, Casa Koko is open to doing so within 12 months of the original arrival date, honoring the same rate agreed upon in this contract. Please note: Thanksgiving week (last week of November) and the Holiday season (December 20th to January 3rd) are excluded from rescheduling options. House rules: Suitable for children (2–12 years). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify us of any damage or incident to the property. After 10:00 p.m., loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Eating is not allowed in the pool. Do not bring food into the bedrooms. It is not allowed to get on the couches with shoes. Suitable for infants (under 2 years old). Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles within the condominium. No pets allowed.
