Conveniently located to many attractions that the Grand Strand has to offer for restaurants, shopping, entertainment and much more. This unit is not pet friendly per the HOA! This second floor, corner unit has a full kitchen, dining room, breakfast bar and living room. Kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher. As well as basic kitchen utensils. Ocean front bedroom has a queen bed and second bedroom has two queen bunk beds. Main bath has walk in shower, second bath has tub/shower combination. Washer/Dryer inside the unit. This unit is not pet friendly per the HOA! Located on 24th Ave South in Crescent Beach section of NMB. The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.This unit is not pet friendly per the HOA! This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
