Welcome to Sunfish Cove on Barren River Lake - just an hour from Nashville and Mammoth Cave. Perfect for families or small groups to 8 guests, this pet-friendly cabin features lake views, a screened porch, firepit, Wi-Fi, propane grill, and Smart TV! Enjoy easy lake access across the road for quiet moments by the water. Whether relaxing outdoors or gathering inside, Sunfish Cove offers the perfect getaway near Scottsville, KY. Sunfish Cove is a pet-friendly lakeside cabin offering peaceful views, comfortable interiors, and multiple outdoor areas to relax or gather. Conveniently located near Nashville, Louisville, and Mammoth Cave. Main Level - Full kitchen with 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, and cooking essentials - Dual Keurig + drip coffee maker (filters provided; guests are asked to bring their own coffee) - Dining table for 6 plus a second table for 2 - Bright living room with two large couches, Smart TV, and board games - Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed - One full bathroom with tub on this level Downstairs - Access via spiral staircase - Two bedrooms: one with twin bunk beds, one with a queen bed - Shared seating area for games or lounging - Full bathroom with shower and laundry center Exterior - Pull-through driveway with parking for 2-3 vehicles - Fire pit (guests provide firewood) - Propane grill with propane provided - Screened porch with dining table and extra seating - Upper deck with lake view, lower shaded patio with swing bench - Lake access is across the road via short trail and steps to a small beach area RRG Getaways supplies a starter amount of the following: hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dish pods, laundry pods, and basic cleaning supplies. Any additional items needed will be the guest's responsibility to supply. We do not supply anything considered perishable or consumable, this includes but is not limited to, coffee, salt, pepper, oil and the like. - Pets are allowed at this cabin. We charge a flat pet fee of $50 for up to two pets. Please be sure to add any pets to your reservation. If you do not see where to do so, reach out to us so we can apply our pet fee. - Toiletries are provided. - There is a spiral staircase to access the basement, which might pose a challenge for those with mobility issues.
