You Must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property. Motorcycles/trailers or motor homes are not permitted on the property. Overlooking the Golf Course. This unit is in a gated community. Two double beds, two twin beds, full kitchen, dining room, living room, open deck. Gound floor condo. You Must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property. Motorcycles/trailers or motor homes are not permitted on the property. This is a gated golf community with 24 hour security. No house parties allowed and a 10 pm noise ordinance in the community. Motorcycles, RV's, Trailers are not allowed on property. The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties. Motorcycles, RV's, Trailers are not allowed on property. This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
