Admire the view from the privacy of one of your decks, or the huge yard while sipping coffee or enjoying your favorite cocktail. Or simply cross the street and sit on the rocky shore and enjoy unobstructed views of Casco Bay from the back side of the Island. Nestled on Back Shore between the beloved Table Rock and Spar Cove, House at Table Rock is one of the most spectacular properties we feature. Sip your morning coffee from a private deck, take in Casco Bay from the expansive living and dining rooms, or simply cross the road and plant yourself on the rocky shore—the views never get old. Sleeping up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms, the home is as comfortable as it is stunning. The upper level offers a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom with two twin beds, and two full bathrooms. The lower level features a private king suite, a spacious living area with walk-out access to the yard. Here you'll find two queen sofa beds, and an additional full bathroom — perfect for families or groups who appreciate their own space. Games, laundry, dishwasher, a bright formal dining room (which can easily be used as a home office), and many other touches come together to create the perfect Peaks Island home for your stay. Located on Peaks Island's "Back Shore" neighborhood. 3-night minimum stay required May-June 21. 7-night minimum stay required (Sunday to Sunday) 3-night minimum stay allowed after September 6. 50% deposit due at time of reservation. Remaining balance will be charged to card on file May 15. There are no cancellations after March 31. Cancellations prior to March 31 will be refunded less the processing fee. $75 pet fee. NO SMOKING.
