Welcome to Olly where all of your Maine seaside cottage fantasies will be fulfilled. Ocean views, covered, porch, dead end road, and the Atlantic's waves to lull you to sleep at night or for just a quick nap on the porch or in one of the many breezy bedrooms. The interior was imagined and meticulously curated by one of the Maine's most thoughtful designers. Olly is one of Peaks Island's most exclusive listings and we're delighted to offer you the chance to live a prince's life for a week or two (or more!) on Prince Ave this summer. There are 4 bedrooms on the upper floor and two additional bedrooms accessed by private entry on the lower floor, but rest assured these rooms are bright and there is absolutely nothing basement-like about them. This is a quiet neighborhood and the home is situated at the end of a dead end dirt road. NO PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS 50% deposit due at time of reservation. Remaining balance will be charged to card on file May 15. There are no cancellations after March 31. Cancellations prior to March 31 will be refunded less the processing fee.
