This home features 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, a living room, kitchen, screened porch, wrap around deck, and side yard. A small home with plenty of extra space for your family to relax. The large side yard is situated along a quiet unpaved road. The screened in porch welcomes you into the house and provides outside enjoyment no matter the weather. The side/rear deck is accessed by stairs from the yard and door from the kitchen. There is a table with umbrella and gas grill. From here you can keep an eye on the kiddos and hear the sounds of the ocean! Peennasseewassee also welcomes you with a hammock and a collection of classic board games.
