All 3 bedrooms are on the second floor: 1 king bed 1 queen bed 1 full bed There is a pullout sofa bed on the sun porch/office on the first floor. 3/4 bath with shower on first floor, and full bathroom on second floor. 50% deposit due at time of reservation. Remaining balance will be charged to card on file May 15. There are no cancellations after March 31. Cancellations prior to March 31 will be refunded less the processing fee. NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES.
