Your ideal coastal retreat awaits! - Comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests - 4 bedrooms - 2 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin size bunk beds - 3.5 bathrooms - 2 reserved parking spaces located in the driveway. There is free parking on the street, however a spot can be hard to come by as this house is a popular destination being so close to the ocean. - Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker - Living room - Backyard with outdoor seating, BBQ, & outdoor shower - The hot tub on site is not available for guest use (not photographed). - This home is an EV-ready property! This property is equipped with an OK2Charge Level 2 Smart EV Charger*. Once you arrive, scan the QR code on the charger, choose your payment method, and you are ready to charge! *Tesla drivers require a J1772 adapter Note: - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable). - NO PETS - Most of the bedding is down alternative pillows and comforts, however there are a couple goose down pillows. This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property. - This home is best suited for peaceful getaways and is not intended for large gatherings or parties. We truly value our neighbors and ask that you be mindful of noise levels, particularly after curfew, and respect the guest limit. Your cooperation ensures a quiet and enjoyable experience for everyone. - The living room features large windows without blinds, designed to maximize natural light and ocean views. - This home is an EV-ready property! This property is equipped with an OK2Charge Level 2 Smart EV Charger*. Once you arrive, scan the QR code on the charger, choose your payment method, and you are ready to charge! *Tesla drivers require a J1772 adapter - We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you. - The hot tub on site is not available for guest use (not photographed). - TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels. - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
