Whether you're sipping coffee at sunrise or unwinding after a beach day, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and location for your seaside escape. - Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests - 2 bedrooms - 2 Cal King beds - Please note: One of the sleeping areas is a shared space with a full bed that’s connected to the downstairs bedroom. To access this space, guests will walk through the downstairs bedroom, so it's not fully private. It works best for kids or friends who are comfortable sharing space! - 2 bathrooms - There are 2 reserved parking spots—one in the driveway and one under the carport. Free street parking is available in front of the home, but street parking can be hard to come by during the busy months. - Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker - Living room - Balcony Note: - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities. - This home is pet friendly for 1 dog (30 lbs or less) for a $25/night fee. This fee will be added after the booking is confirmed and the initial booking is paid for -- Let us know if you want to bring your Dog! We are not able to host any other types of pets at this home.
