Welcome to your coastal oasis in Santa Cruz! (Permit 231211) This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is the perfect escape near Santa Cruz Harbor. The open living room and fully equipped kitchen provide a comfortable and inviting space for your group. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two private patios, or soak up the sun on the rooftop deck while grilling on the BBQ. - Comfortably sleeps up to 7 adults - 3 bedrooms (King bed, Queen bed, & 3 Twin beds) - 2 full bathrooms - 2 parking spots in the driveway - This home is pet friendly for 1 dog (30 lbs or less) for a $25/night fee. This fee will be added after the booking is confirmed and the initial booking is paid for -- Let us know if you want to bring your Dog! We are not able to host any other types of pets at this home. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable) - Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker - Living room (For safety, the fireplace is not operable.) - Backyard with outdoor shower, 2 oceanview patios, and rooftop deck with BBQ - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The home is older but in great condition overall. There are some items that are noticeable like chipped tiles and wear to cabinets. - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
