Your ideal beachside getaway awaits! - Comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests - 2 bedrooms - 1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed, 3 Twin beds - 1 bathroom - There is room for 2 cars to park in the driveway. - Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker - Living room - Backyard w/ outdoor seating, BBQ, hot tub, and outdoor shower Note: - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities. - Hot tub use and outdoor activities are prohibited between 9PM-8AM - This home is pet friendly for 1 dog (30 lbs or less) for a $25/night fee. This fee will be added after the booking is confirmed and the initial booking is paid for -- Let us know if you want to bring your Dog! We are not able to host any other types of pets at this home. Pleasure Point is a beloved coastal neighborhood. Known for its world-class surfing, laid-back ambiance, and breathtaking ocean views, it's a haven for beachgoers and water enthusiasts. Stroll along East Cliff Drive, savor fresh seafood, or catch a mesmerizing sunset from the cliffs. With its bohemian spirit and proximity to the lively Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Pleasure Point offers a quintessential California beach experience. This is a very quiet, family neighborhood. It is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property. - Please note that this home is located in a peaceful, family-oriented neighborhood where quiet hours are strictly observed. It’s ideal for restful stays rather than gatherings or parties. Out of respect for our neighbors, we kindly ask all guests to keep noise to a minimum, especially after curfew, and to limit occupancy to registered guests only. For this reason, hot tub use and outdoor activities are also restricted from 9 PM to 8 AM. - This home is pet friendly for 1 dog (30 lbs or less) for a $25/night fee. This fee will be added after the booking is confirmed and the initial booking is paid for -- Let us know if you want to bring your Dog! We are not able to host any other types of pets at this home. - We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you. - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
