Sunlight filters through the trees, casting gentle patterns on the wooden rail as you settle into a comfortable chair. The view of the surrounding forest invites you to unwind, while the nearby attractions promise easy adventure when you’re ready to explore. Living spaces The large living area opens to the indoor pool, where you can dip in the heated water at any time. A separate hot tub offers a soothing soak under the deck’s skylight. The game room, stocked with a pool table and a variety of games, provides endless entertainment for families or groups. Four well‑appointed bathrooms ensure convenience for all guests. Kitchen & dining A spacious full kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the tools needed to prepare a hearty breakfast or a festive dinner. The indoor dining area seats everyone comfortably, making mealtime a relaxed gathering. Outdoor living Beyond the deck, the resort’s quiet pathways invite leisurely walks among towering trees. A free washer and dryer are tucked nearby for easy laundry, and the indoor pool’s optional heating lets you enjoy a warm swim even as spring temperatures shift. Perfect for Families seeking a blend of outdoor adventure and indoor comfort, groups of friends who love game nights and poolside relaxation, and anyone who wants a spring getaway surrounded by nature without sacrificing modern conveniences. Pigeon Forge, is like a scene out of a retro movie filled with adventure, entertainment and music. You’ll find the unfiltered Appalachian scenery and deep-seated Southern culture come together to give you an exciting mix of travel experiences. The city calls upon hikers, bikers and campers with its proximity to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The mountains, locally known as ‘The Smokies’, are carved with over a thousand-kilometres of hiking trails, some of which lead to swimming holes that you can plunge into. You can also canoe down the Little Pigeon Forge River or spend a night under the stars at its sprawling campgrounds. Entertainment comes in spades in this southeastern city of the United States and a testimony to that are its array of revues and dinner theatres. You can catch a live performance at the Grand Majestic Theater or the Country Tonite Theatre. For an evening of good-humoured chuckles in Pigeon Forge, head to the Comedy Barn or Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!
