Evenings unfold on the outdoor patio, grill sizzling, loungers waiting for you to unwind under the Florida sky. Living and entertainment spaces The open‑plan living room offers generous seating for the whole family to gather, watch movies, or plan the next day’s itinerary. A dedicated game room invites friendly competition with foosball, a pool table and a variety of video games. Indoor and outdoor dining areas accommodate festive meals, while a free washer/dryer keeps wardrobes fresh. Kitchen & dining A large kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances and all the essentials lets you prepare anything from quick breakfasts to elaborate feasts. The adjacent dining room seats everyone comfortably, and the patio grill extends cooking outdoors. Outdoor living Step directly from the back door onto a private pool and hot tub, with the option to add heat for extra comfort. An outdoor patio with loungers and a grill creates a perfect spot for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails. Resort amenities Guests enjoy free access to the community water park with its water slide and cabanas, a lazy river, tiki bar, fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, an 18‑hole golf course with driving range and putting green, and six clay tennis courts with a clubhouse. Location The villa sits just 10 minutes from Disney World, 35 minutes from SeaWorld and 40 minutes from Universal Studios. Nearby dining options offer a range of family‑friendly meals within a couple of miles, while everything you need is also right at the resort. Perfect for large families, multi‑generational groups or friends traveling together, this 9‑bedroom, 5‑bathroom retreat comfortably hosts up to 20 guests, blending the excitement of Orlando’s attractions with a private, relaxing home base. ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in ChampionsGate, FL. Regardless of your interests, The Retreat at ChampionsGate promises endless enjoyment for everyone in your family. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!
