Sleeping arrangements - Four spacious bedrooms: one with a King bed, two with Queen beds, an additional Queen bed, a Bunk Bed and a Sofa Bed. - All beds are comfortably sized and dressed in soft linens for a restful night. Bathrooms - Three full bathrooms, including an ensuite bathroom attached to the master bedroom and two shared bathrooms equipped with modern fixtures. Kitchen & dining - Two fully equipped kitchens stocked with brand‑new Cuisinart pots and pans, a Keurig coffee bar, and all essential cookware for home‑cooked meals. - An open‑concept dining area provides ample space for family meals or casual brunches. Living spaces - An open living room features comfy seating and mountain‑inspired décor, creating a cozy spot for movie nights on any of the three Smart TVs. - High‑speed free Wi‑Fi keeps you connected for work or streaming. Outdoor amenities - A private hot tub offers panoramic mountain views, perfect for soaking after a day of exploring. - A fire pit with outdoor seating invites evenings of storytelling under the stars. - An outdoor patio swing sways gently in the breeze, ideal for sipping wine or enjoying sunrise. Perfect for couples, friends, or local getaways, this chalet blends rustic charm with modern comforts, ensuring every stay feels both adventurous and home‑like. Fox Run is a private secluded neighborhood on a private inclining road. The neighborhood is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway in the woods, you'll be surrounded by nature! The long range mountain view is a sight you won't want to miss, specially while you enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine at night The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!
