This home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bath with a shared area in between the buildings that includes a sitting area and a hot tub to be be shared with unit A. Main Bedroom- (Downstairs) 1 King,- (upstairs) Bedroom 2- 1 Queen, Bedroom 3- 2 Twin, (No Bathtub Downstairs) Maximum two (2) automobiles per property. Permits will be issued if required. No more than 2 permits will be issued. No parking on the grass or in the street. All vehicles in violation will be towed by the City the of North Myrtle Beach at the vehicle owners expense. Fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher. Washer & Dryer downstairs . Central heat & air, as well as Wi-Fi included. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property and must stay for the duration of the reservation. The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.
