Located in the heart of Santa Cruz, this charming property offers an ideal stay for families looking to enjoy tranquility while remaining within a short distance of the lively center of Funchal. Just a 15-minute drive from Funchal and 5 minutes from the airport, this duplex apartment offers comfort and accessibility. Additionally, the beautiful Santa Cruz beach is only a 5-minute walk away, providing relaxing moments by the sea. This recently renovated apartment features a meticulously organized and fully equipped space to ensure a comfortable stay. With two bedrooms furnished with double beds overlooking a quiet street, it provides a serene environment for relaxation. The living room is cozy, equipped with a sofa and a dining table, while the modern kitchen includes all necessary amenities, such as a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. On the first floor, a full bathroom with a shower adds to the convenience. This duplex apartment offers even more comfort on the upper floor, where a sofa bed accommodates additional guests. Additionally, a desk provides an ideal space for remote work or managing important business matters. A playroom is available to entertain younger guests, along with another full bathroom with a shower. To enjoy the outdoors, guests can make use of the balcony and the portable barbecue to prepare delicious meals al fresco. As part of our reservation process, we require a security deposit to ensure the care of the property. Guests may choose to provide their credit card details through a secure link; in this case, the amount of €250 will not be blocked on the card. Only if damage is reported will the corresponding amount be charged, up to a maximum of 7 days after check-out. Alternatively, guests may opt for a non-refundable Security Deposit Waiver of €40, which covers any accidental damage during the stay and avoids the need to provide credit card details. This process must be completed no later than 14 days before arrival. Private parking is available, with the garage entrance located between two pillars, making entry a bit challenging and requiring some maneuvering to park. We recommend, if possible, a smaller car, although larger vehicles can also enter and exit. Free parking is also available outside, just a 5-minute walk from the building entrance.
