Additionally, the beautiful Santa Cruz beach is just a 5-minute drive by car, offering relaxing moments by the seaside. This upper floor detached house features meticulously organized and equipped space to ensure a comfortable stay. With three bedrooms adorned with two double beds and one king size bed, located on a quiet street, it offers a serene environment to relax, enjoy the sea and the mountains. The living room is cozy, equipped with a sofa bed and dining table, while the kitchen has all necessary amenities, including a washing machine, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. A complete bathroom with a shower complements the convenience. This upper floor detached house offers even more comfort with a suite bedroom with a bath tube, a balcony with sea view and a bedroom with a king size bed. To enjoy the outdoors, guests can make use of the terrace and portable barbecue to prepare delicious meals . House is located on a calm street, with others houses and farm fields. As part of our reservation process, we require a security deposit to ensure the care of the property. Guests may choose to provide their credit card details through a secure link; in this case, the amount of €250 will not be blocked on the card. Only if damage is reported will the corresponding amount be charged, up to a maximum of 7 days after check-out. Alternatively, guests may opt for a non-refundable Security Deposit Waiver of €40, which covers any accidental damage during the stay and avoids the need to provide credit card details. This process must be completed no later than 14 days before arrival. You are going to stay on the upper floor of a detached house divided into two floors.
