Casa Bela Vista includes 2 full bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, providing convenience for all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals with ease. For added convenience, there is free street parking available right in front of the building entrance — a real bonus in an urban area. The apartment also features air conditioning and heating to ensure a pleasant indoor climate all year round. And to unwind, nothing beats the private balcony with stunning panoramic views, ideal for enjoying breakfast, watching the sunset sipping a glass of wine, or simply relaxing outdoors. The apartment also has a second covered patio for your enjoyment. For those of you that have a car, the apartment is close to the ER101 expressway, and is a short 10 minute drive to downtown Funchal.  For those that do not have a car, the apartment is a short walk to the bus stops, with a bus ride taking 12 minutes to downtown Funchal.  The supermarket is only 6 minutes away using a car. Book now and enjoy this modern and welcoming accommodation — the perfect balance of comfort, practicality, and breathtaking views. As part of our reservation process, we require a security deposit to ensure the care of the property. Guests may choose to provide their credit card details through a secure link; in this case, the amount of €300 will not be blocked on the card. Only if damage is reported will the corresponding amount be charged, up to a maximum of 7 days after check-out. Alternatively, guests may opt for a non-refundable Security Deposit Waiver of €45, which covers any accidental damage during the stay and avoids the need to provide credit card details. This process must be completed no later than 14 days before arrival. We will personally welcome you at the property to provide all necessary information and hand over the keys. Our check-in hours are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. For arrivals up until midnight, there is no additional cost. However, check-ins after midnight have an extra fee of €35. We take pride in the cleanliness and attention to detail in our units. Each unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every stay, followed by a quality check. To comply with all legal requirements and building safety regulations, you may be asked to provide a copy of your government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, provide a valid credit card in a name that matches your ID, complete our guest portal verification, and, in some cases, undergo a background check.
