Located 45 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from the city of Funchal, in the vicinity of Casa Mozart I you will find a mini market, pharmacy, bank and some cafes. A 5 minute drive you will find the center of the beautiful village of Calheta, with a very active cultural life, a white sand beach and a supermarket. Take the opportunity to spend the day on one of the beaches in Jardim do Mar or Paul do Mar and enjoy a snack and a drink at the end of the day in one of the dining spaces that they have to offer. As part of our reservation process, we require a security deposit to ensure the care of the property. Guests may choose to provide their credit card details through a secure link; in this case, the amount of €600 will not be blocked on the card. Only if damage is reported will the corresponding amount be charged, up to a maximum of 7 days after check-out. Alternatively, guests may opt for a non-refundable Security Deposit Waiver of €90, which covers any accidental damage during the stay and avoids the need to provide credit card details. This process must be completed no later than 14 days before arrival.
