Welcome to Beautiful Boho (#12) - your light-filled, adventure-ready escape at Zion’s Tiny Getaway Bright, airy, and designed with intention, Beautiful Boho has an open floor plan, abundant windows, and three skylights that frame Southern Utah’s red-rock horizon, this home brings the desert landscape right inside. Whether you're here to explore, relax, or stargaze the night away, Boho offers a spacious, serene stay unlike any other. Inside, natural light pours through the windows and skylights during the day, while custom blinds and shades let you sleep in when you’re ready to slow down. At night, you can watch the stars and even the Milky Way drift overhead directly from bed - or step onto your private deck for an unforgettable view of the desert sky. Boho is equipped for comfort in every season. A top-of-the-line AC unit keeps the entire home cool in the summer, and with fiber Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and USB outlets throughout, you can stay connected or unplug completely - your choice. When it’s time to rest, you’ll find two queen mattresses: one in the upper loft and one in a spacious lower loft, perfect for guests who prefer to avoid ladder access. Even the living room sofa converts into a cozy additional bed. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, whether you're whipping up breakfast before hitting the trails or grilling dinner on the deck. You’ll have a fridge, microwave, coffee essentials, cookware, dishes, utensils, and a tabletop burner ready for your favorite meals. Our tiny home community is located just off Highway 59, so you may notice some road activity as you arrive - but the homes back up to sweeping red-rock views and a quiet residential area, offering a peaceful place to unwind once you’re settled in. Apple Valley itself is a small, rural desert town with virtually no light pollution, making it perfect for stargazing. You’re also a short drive from the larger hubs of Hurricane, Utah, and Colorado City, Arizona, where you’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and all the essentials for your adventures. With Zion National Park, Gooseberry Mesa, Sand Hollow, and countless trails and viewpoints within easy reach, this location puts you right in the middle of Southern Utah’s best scenery and outdoor experiences. Most guests visit us for Zion National Park, but Southern Utah offers far more than one iconic destination. From our tiny home community, you’re within easy reach of some of the region’s most breathtaking landscapes: Bryce Canyon National Park, Grand Canyon North Rim, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Sand Hollow State Park, Snow Canyon, Gooseberry Mesa, and Pipe Spring National Monument—all roughly 20 minutes to 2 hours away. The area is a playground for outdoor lovers, with endless opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, boating, sand-dune adventures, swimming, stargazing, and scenic photography. A can’t-miss local gem is Water Canyon, just 20 minutes from the property. This free, beginner-friendly hike leads through towering canyon walls to a beautiful waterfall—an unforgettable experience before or after your Zion adventure.
