Surrounded by Southern Utah’s stunning red-rock landscapes, this bright and inviting retreat blends comfort with wanderlust-inspired details, creating the perfect base for families, groups, and explorers. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living area with a fireplace, smart TV, Wi-Fi, AC, and skylights that fill the home with natural light. Una Vita sleeps up to six guests with a king bed, two twin beds, and a sofa bed, offering flexibility for groups of all kinds. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, sink, coffee maker, and all cookware and dishes needed for effortless meals after a day outdoors. A modern bathroom with a shower and essentials completes the space. Step onto your private deck to relax with seating, a BBQ grill, and a fire pit - ideal for sunrise coffee, golden-hour views, and stargazing under Southern Utah’s clear desert skies. You’re also a short drive from the larger hubs of Hurricane, Utah, and Colorado City, Arizona, where you’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and all the essentials for your adventures. With Zion National Park, Gooseberry Mesa, Sand Hollow, and countless trails and viewpoints within easy reach, this location puts you right in the middle of Southern Utah’s best scenery and outdoor experiences. Most guests visit us for Zion National Park, but Southern Utah offers far more than one iconic destination. From our tiny home community, you’re within easy reach of some of the region’s most breathtaking landscapes: Bryce Canyon National Park, Grand Canyon North Rim, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Sand Hollow State Park, Snow Canyon, Gooseberry Mesa, and Pipe Spring National Monument—all roughly 20 minutes to 2 hours away.
