You’re also a short drive from the larger hubs of Hurricane, Utah, and Colorado City, Arizona, where you’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and all the essentials for your adventures. With Zion National Park, Gooseberry Mesa, Sand Hollow, and countless trails and viewpoints within easy reach, this location puts you right in the middle of Southern Utah’s best scenery and outdoor experiences. Most guests visit us for Zion National Park, but Southern Utah offers far more than one iconic destination. From our tiny home community, you’re within easy reach of some of the region’s most breathtaking landscapes: Bryce Canyon National Park, Grand Canyon North Rim, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Sand Hollow State Park, Snow Canyon, Gooseberry Mesa, and Pipe Spring National Monument—all roughly 20 minutes to 2 hours away.
